Mantis 14010
$0.00

The Mantis 14010 Telescopic Crawler Crane has a capacity of 70-tons and a maximum counterweight of 30,000lbs (13.6-tonnes). The Mantis has an extraordinarily low center of gravity with a minimum overhead clearance height of just 10ft 1ins (3.06m). Rated at a 70-ton lifting capacity and a full 10ft (3m) radius, the Mantis can pick-and-carry its entire load chart through a full 360. With tracks extended, the crane can make lifts with the main boom fully telescoped to 111ft 6ina (34m) and laid-out horizontally. Even with zero counterweight installed – the 14010 can pick-and-carry 60-tons and operate with its main boom fully extended to reach a radius of 90ft (28m).

The Mantis specializes in narrow roadways with tracks retracting for 12ft 6ins overall width. It can walk with 70,600lbs on booms to 61ft (18.6m) or 44,000lbs on the fully telescoped main boom. The Mantis 14010 can pull through deep mud without bogging down and offers a new luxury cab with state-of-the-art operator aids.

Key features include:

  • Sequence-synchronized four-section full power boom of 111ft 6ins (34m) length.

  • Lattice boom extensions and offsetable jibs for up to 167ft (50.9m) tip height.

  • 240 hp (179kW) diesel engine standard.

  • Low ground bearing pressure of 9.3 psi (0.65 kg/cm2).

  • Fast two-speed independent hydrostatic track drive to 2.5 mph (4.0 km/hr).

  • New deluxe operations cab and standard lmi and anti-two-block devices.

  • Track contra-rotation allows pivot turns on the spot.

  • Steep 46% gradeability thanks to low center of gravity.

  • Hydraulic on-the-fly track frame retraction and extension.

  • High 14ins (356mm) ground clearance helps avoid damage and snagging.

Mantis 15010
$0.00

The Mantis 15010 Telescopic Crawler Crane combines renowned heavy-duty design with new control and operating features. It is designed to handle heavy-duty cycle applications as well as pure lift crane work. The 15010 is designed from the ground up as a telescopic boom crawler crane. It employs much less counterweight than other varieties of cranes to avoid rearward stability problems on sloping ground. This together with its 260 hp Cummins engine and high-pressure hydraulics allows for extraordinary gradeability of up to 68%.

The 15010’s class leading lift capacities are achieved by the wide stance telescopic crawler base instead of massive counterweights. This stability is demonstrated by its ability to pick and carry its full 75t load chart with its tracks extended; and even more impressively can pick and carry 50 tons at a full 360° with its tracks retracted to an overall width of only 12 ft – 6 in.

Key features include:

  • 75-tons pick-and-carry capacity through 360°.

  • Two-piece bi-fold (30’ / 50’) lattice boom extension & offsetable jib for up to 167ft tip height.

  • Winches with grooved drums, cable followers and 3rd wrap shutdown.

  • Unladen ground bearing pressure of 9.3 psi.

  • Hydraulic on-the-fly track frame retraction and extension.

  • 12-inch ground clearance.

  • Spotter lugs.

  • 2 video cameras for winch view, rear view.
