Screw piles can be installed in soft grounds and get relatively high loads both in tension and in compression. They can be installed without vibration and in tight areas. They are cost efficient and reduce environmental impact. Because there is less soil displacement, excess soil does not need to be transported from site, saving on transportation costs, and reducing the carbon footprint.
